Hello! My name is Jen and I am a Mumma (👈🏻 check out these two spunks next to me), a Maternal and Child Health Nurse, Midwife, Sleep Consultant, Lactation Consultant and Circle of Security facilitator.

I exist to help Mumma’s like you get to know, understand and support your baby and toddler so you can LOVE being a Mumma!

I do this by offering specialised advice and support in the areas of baby and toddler sleep, breastfeeding, bottle feeding, toddler behaviour and everything in between.
